A classic database app that has every mac ever made.
I remember loading up the previous versions of this program on my Mac OS 9 and Mac OS 8 machines many years ago, and its great to see this app is still around, and still complete.
Theres even things in here like the Quicktake cameras, which for the time really brought a lot of people into the "digital photography era", albeit at a now-paltry resolution of 640x480.
The first time I ever saw the original mac, even in monochrome, there was just something really nice about it that no other computer had managed. My first computer was a Commodore 64, but it was the Mac, the original 128K Mac (before it was even called Classic), that really made the whole "WIMP" thing make sense. (Windows, Icons, Mouse, Pointer). Later on we called that a GUI. I remember how surprised I was when I learned that you ejected floppy disks by dragging them into the trash. I loved how when you did that, an action in a virtual world was accompanied by a noise, and a real world reaction (the mac had a motorized floppy disk ejection system). Like something from the virtual world (the icon of the disk) teleported into reality. It was magic. Still is.
Thanks to Ian for making this application
